Q4 2024 Driver Safety and Quality Bonus

This incentive plan is designed to reward those of you who complete your work with excellence! While the qualification list may seem long, everything on this list is already STANDARD WORK required to continue employment with Eccles Express.
This bonus has a tiered component based on your tenure on the first day of the pay cycle.
0 – 1 Years = $1.00 per hour
1-2 Years = $1.20 per hour
2-3 Years = $1.45 per hour
3-4 Years = $1.70 per hour
4+ Years = $1.90 per hour
Safety
· 0 Non-Negotiable Safety Infractions (Speeding, Seatbelts, Sign and Signal, Distractions, or Following distance)
· Proper Parking Sequence of 75% or better
· If you do not have a working Netradyne system in your van, you must use eMentor. Your driving statistics must be logged for the duration of your shift for each day you work. When using Mentor, you must achieve a score of 800 for the week
· No accidents or injuries in the last 90 days
· No Amazon corrective action or coaching (i.e. Orcas, coaching emails)
· Begin and end your shift with all required equipment (phone, fuel card for hub drivers, keys, etc).
Quality
· Blue or Green score in every Scorecard quality metric (CDF, CED, DCR, DSB, POD, CC, AD, etc)
· 0 returns of missing packages. If you mark a package as missing on a route and then return it, you will be disqualified.
· No more than 1 Great, Fair or Poor on the 6 week performance trend on the scorecard.
Rescues
· Cannot be rescued more than once in a week. Pre-emptive rescues sent by the lead team will not count against you unless you a chronically in need of rescue or RTS frequently.
· You must complete at least 2 rescues per week if asked.
Attendance
· Work all of your scheduled days. No call outs. No exceptions. Our weeks are from Sunday to Saturday and time off requests are due on the Thursday before the week starts. Note, you must have a PTO balance of 10 hours to request a PTO day.
· No Call outs, tardy, or leaving early
Timecard
· Clock in no earlier than 7:40 for Hub WCI1 and 10:30 for AMZL DKS3.
· Complete your routes in 10 hours (10.5 with a break). This means your keys and phone have been turned in and you logged out of Flex and clocked out in Paycom 10.5 hours after you clocked in. Exclusions will be granted for rescuers, though rescuers may not exceed 11 hours.
· Take a 30 minute break on each work day, properly logged in your Paycom timecard. Breaks are required to reduce mental and physical fatigue that contributes to accidents. *you may skip this safety break if your shift is less than 6 hours.
Appearance
· Must be 100% uniform compliant
· Your van must be returned free of trash

This is a discretionary bonus, as such, leadership has the final authority to determine who is eligible/ineligible for the bonus.
Leadership reserves the right to cancel or change the bonus at any time.
Bonus in effect from weeks 38 – 44 2024
Due to reporting delays, the bonus will lag behind the pay period. For example, Weeks 38 and 39 will be paid on the wee 41 payroll.
